The room was clean, comfy, with nice extras like bottled water and biscuits. Loved chatting with the host, she gave us great tips for around the area. Breakfast was yum, lots of choice, and the parking was super handy. Felt welcomed right from the start!
had a small issue with the bathroom towels being a bit too hard, and the wifi wasn't very strong in the room.

Newly decorated hotel, pleasant views and location is ideal really close to a bus into Liverpool City centre as well as The Breeze Guest House. The vegetarian breakfast is particularly good with good choice of meals.

affordable pricing, clean and modern accommodations, pet-friendly environment
Noisy rooms can disrupt sleep comfort!!! Improvements needed in heating controls for a restful stay!!! The WiFi connectivity needs consistency, as it can be hit or miss in certain rooms!!!

My room was neat and airy with all the necessary amenities, good WiFi and a fan. The service was absolutely friendly.
Didn't like the area, it was poor.

The staff was very friendly and very dedicated. The breakfast was very good and in general it is much more personal than a hotel.

I arrived at the Guesthouse by public transport which was a 10/15 walk from the train station. Once at the guesthouse I was impressed by the builing which was set back from the main road. Once inside the guesthouse I was further impressed by the modern non fussy interior. The owners were a delight, really attentive and very helpful they put me at ease with a nice cup of tea (really well made!). My room was clean and nice with everything one would want from a bedroom,LCD tv, Ensuite shower room. All in all I was really impressed with the Guest house good value for money, good facilities, good management. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or for that matter recommending it to family and friends. The added bomus was that it was out of the city centre however easy accessible to the city by all forms of transport.

I found this hotel to be a very calm, relaxed atmosphere, with friendly staff, an extremely good, freshly cooked, hot, full english breakfast and a clean comfortable room. I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely go back next time I am staying in the area.

I had a spacious twin room complete with a hospitality tray and a bottle of water. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection available. I found the shower temperature a bit tricky to manage, and the beds could use more comfort options. It's a well-kept place.
